Executive Director
Elizabeth is the President, Co-founder, and Executive Director of Cornerstone where she strives to bring quality, affordable health resources to her community. Her passion is to build relationships in an effort to understand, love, and serve one another better. She and her husband, Tim, live in Sheffield and spend their time outside of work with their three children Avery, Isaac, & Clara. You can contact her at epratt@ccwell.org. Operations Manager
Tess and her husband, Jacob, live in Princeton. Tess grew up overseas, in Asia, and moved to America her junior year of high school. She is a Bureau Valley and Olivet Nazarene University graduate. Prior to working at Cornerstone, Tess was a middle school math and science teacher for four years. She loves all things outdoors - biking, fishing, hiking, kayaking, gardening, wildlife, and so much more. She is excited to be a part of the Cornerstone community, to serve in any way that is needed. Marcus is a high school business teacher and student advisor. His past experiences include forming local non-profit projects and small businesses, as well as rural pastoral ministry. He and his wife Bobi live in Kewanee, IL with their three sons Lincoln, Bishop and Moses. Marcus and Bobi have been proud supporters of Cornerstone from the beginning.
Ann lives outside of Wyanet with her husband Mark. She and Mark attend Bunker Hill Church in Buda. She has a heart for young people and wants to work to make our communities safe and secure places for them.
Donna lives between Sheffield and Manlius with her husband, Cameron, daughter, Caroline, and rescue dog, Bear. She is a 2014 graduate of Iowa State University, with a bachelor’s in agricultural business. Throughout her career and time as a student, Donna lived in Iowa, Chicago, Nebraska, Indiana, and Kentucky before returning home. These travels gave her a large perspective on Midwest culture and farm culture. While working on the family farm and family grain elevator business, Donna has developed a passion for not just farmers, but all people who work and live in rural communities.
Bob is a long-time Sheffieldian with experience on non-profit boards and a vast knowledge of community needs. He is joining us for his first term in fall 2021 and we are thankful for his expertise.
Christine retired in 2022 after working for USDA, Rural Development for 38 years. She was a Loan Specialist with the Multi-family Housing division for low-income families in Northwestern IL. She continues to be an advocate for people in need by volunteering weekly at the Western Illinois Food Pantry and The free clothing store (The Store) in Sheffield. She has served for a number of years on her Church Council. She resides in Sheffield with her husband Mark. They have 5 children and 17 grandchildren.
