All new members/guests should enter through South doors. Gym/front door will remain locked at this time.

*Members of select health plans are eligible for a FREE gym membership through SilverSneakers®, Renew Active® (UnitedHealthcare), or Active&Fit®. Call us at 815-454-8020 to see if you are eligible!
Equipment
Our gym has cardio machines (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, rowing) and weight machines (cable weights, leg press machine, Smith machine) as well as a pull-up bar, dumbbells of various sizes, adjustable benches, jump rope, a kettlebell set, and mats.
Childcare
Childcare is available free-of-charge; however, a parent or guardian must be using Cornerstone services and remain on-premise.
Childcare is available Monday - Thursday 8:00-9:00 am and 3:30-5:30 pm.

Harmony & Health pllc
Lindsay Hohertz LISW & LCSW, owner of Harmony & Health, is excited to extend her mental health services into Illinois and partner with Cornerstone. Lindsay has been working as a social worker in Iowa for the past 10 years in a variety of areas including hospice, hospital, K-12 and college setting, as well as non-profit centers. During her time in those settings, she advocated for mental health awareness, organized mental health events for the community, coordinated with medical resources, provided educational trainings, while also working with individuals and groups on their mental health goals. Whether you are just starting out on your mental health journey, or have had therapy services before, Lindsay strives to provide a warm, relaxed and collaborative space to process thoughts.
In addition to private practice, Lindsay facilitates mental health groups and provides trainings with clients and community members in education settings.
In her free time, Lindsay enjoys traveling, swimming, pickle-ball, and hiking with her dogs.

Season 3 does not mean that you need to have Season 1 & 2 under your belt to join in! Jump in at any time, as each session stands alone. This is a study for men and women.

Goals
Cornerstone Community Wellness re-opened Royal Super Mart on August 1, 2023 to create a new and sustainable grocery store model for our rural community. The store offers an experience that recognizes the presence of dollar stores and big box shopping options and utilizes the benefits and culture of rural communities.
